Friday #13 and the Jacobsens!

Normally I would have written two blogs today, but I'm exhausted! So, first is the Friday Report.

191.0! It always feels good to see success. I feel like I've eaten pretty well this week, which is good considering I haven't been to Curves much. Babysitting team JJ is kind of an all day thing when it happens. But that does keep me moving, now that we have the stroller. My husband brought home some oranges the other day, so I've been able to have those with my breakfast. I LOVE oranges.

What I'm thankful for today is that the Jacobsens have returned! They are the snowbirds across the street; the first people we met here, and we love them. I saw their car when I got home from babysitting, and Stephen and I went right over to see them. We've been waiting for them for weeks! They were so glad to see we were still here. As soon as I walked in they both commented on how great I look, and I must have kept up all that walking. I was wearing my coat and everything. I mentioned that I had been going to Curves, and Afton seemed to like that idea. Maybe she'll join too! Anyway, we got all caught up on each other and it was so great to visit with them again. I'm so glad they're home.
