Why can't there be a master job application?

I have applied for SO many jobs. And all the applications are the same. I wish there was a way to create a master application, separate from my resume so I wouldn't have to type in my previous employers info for the millionth time. It gets so old. Lets count so far...

There may be one that I'm forgetting. Its always good when you forget what jobs you have applied for. No leads yet. But Stephen says everything is going to be ok, and I believe him.
