So I definitely lost weight last week... but it doesn't count because I have been sick, sick, sick. Fever, coughing, weakness, nausea, yuck. And when I'm sick, I don't really think about eating. Even if I'm starving. But I do drink water, so there's at least that going for me. After a week like that, which has to be hard on my metabolism, I guess it's about time to start phase three again. So February is all about maintaining and eating lots of good things. Hopefully March will be magic. First of all though, I'd really like to get rid of this cough so I can work out again.
