Week 20

Good news today! I finally broke 190! Woohoo! The kitchen scale says 189.4, the Wii Fit scale says 187.8. Obviously I prefer the Wii Fit scale, but that's been true ever since it said 185 the first time I stepped on it. It doesn't work as well on carpet, so when I brought it home from Idaho the next day, it was really confused that I had suddenly gained like 8 lbs. lol. Anyway, The 190 mark may not be completely in the past, but all the same I'm glad to see it go. I've been sitting on it FOREVER.

I'm glad I have the Wii fit, because first of all, my husband has been enjoying it daily before he goes to work, and second of all I've been babysitting 4 days a week, and I have less motivation to get to Curves once I get home. Today I did because it was Monday, and starting the week off right is always good. I also came home and did my usual 20 minute yoga routine. I do NOT have good balance. I hope it's getting better though.
