It has been AGES since I posted a Friday report. I'm sorry for that. Mostly for my sake, because I doubt that anyone actually waits for it every week. Especially now that it's been so long. I don't feel like I've been making much progress lately. That's a general blanket statement covering a lot more than my weight loss/health goals. But even though I haven't lost weight since I moved to Provo, I haven't gained any either. So there is still hope. I transferred to the Curves in Provo. I don't feel as much of the friendly vibe as I did from the St. George Curves, and zumba isn't nearly as fun, but I'm keeping at it anyway for now. And I'm planning to walk Stephen to school every day when fall semester starts if I still don't have a job by then. I hope I do, but I'd also enjoy the walk.
Today I made a master grocery list in Excel (ok, it was really in open office Calc) which is going to make planning for the grocery store much easier. I just listed everything I could think of that we would ever want at the grocery store, then put a check by the things we actually need this week to make my list. When we get ink for the printer, I can even put it on the fridge and mark things as I think of them. Brilliant. Hopefully that will cause less stress on my part, and encourage healthier meals. I've never really liked going grocery shopping.
